Everyone loves to entertain, but so many shy away from it because they worry so much about the menu that they don't have time to enjoy their guests.  Whether you have something to celebrate or just want to have a casual get together with your friends, you can enjoy the affordable luxury of serving a restaurant-caliber meal without having to slave all day in the kitchen, and without needing fancy equipment - the European way.

All of our meals are seasoned to perfection and where possible meat is seared over a charcoal grill.

 

If you’re willing to do a little work, and by that we mean turn on the oven, then the hot selections are for you.  A basic oven, and maybe a stove, is all that is required.  We will provide detailed heating and serving instructions, and even sharpen your favorite kitchen knife to help you with any meat carving you may need to do.  (We do not recommend microwave reheating, as that can destroy the fresh-cooked flavor and texture of your meal.)

 

If you want to enjoy a totally work-free evening, then the room temperature options are for you.  All you have to do is follow our instructions on when to take them out of the cooler so they will be at the height of flavor when you serve.
