  •  Whole smoked pig served with AJ's own zesty barbecue sauce
 
Sides:
  • Roasted rosemary potatoes
  • Grilled mixed vegetables
  • Fresh corn on the cob, cooked on site and served hot from the kettle
 
Salads:
  • Tossed mixed greens with mustard dill dressing and candied pecans
  • Southern-style coleslaw

  • Brownies with dark chocolate glaze
